First Object of the award for the best residential construction project The purpose of this award is to reward architecture dedicated to housing. To this end, a housing project whose design was carried out in Spain will be awarded. The award will value excellence in the basic elements of housing design, both classic architectural and environmental, urban planning, integration into the territory and economic aspects. Second. Scope of the call All people, teams, offices, companies, etc. will be eligible for the Prize. that have a presence in Spain and that their activity includes the architectural project, regardless of its legal form or nature. The work or project that is being competed may have been built in Spain or abroad, but it must have been designed in Spain by the person or entity competing.
Completed works, in the construction phase or projects with a level of detail that allow an objective assessment by the Jury can be entered into the competition. In the latter case (projects), the Jury may not admit to the competition those applications that it considers do not have a sufficient degree of specificity to compete. For your competition, the age of the project must be after January 1, 2016. Third. Application procedures and requirements 3.1 Procedures There are two BYB Directory modalities for submitting candidatures: a) Candidacies submitted directly by the people or entities that want to compete. b) Candidacies proposed by the editorial staff of the NAN Arquitectura y Construction magazine and presented by its editorial management. All proposals, regardless of their presentation method, must comply with all the formalities indicated in these bases.
Submission of applications Companies interested in opting for these awards will register their candidatures through the portal enabled for this purpose. 3.3 Formal requirements Each candidacy submitted to the awards must complete the mandatory fields in the registration form and, optionally, all documentation that, in the opinion of the candidate or the person presenting it, serves to accredit the declared merits and facilitate the evaluation of their candidacy by the of the Jury. The Secretariat of the NAN Architecture and Construction Awards may ask the candidates or proposers for clarifications, information or complementary documents that it deems necessary for the best evaluation by the Jury.
